The best Chinese food. You'll find it hard to beat. All freshly made in front of you. You know a good restaurant when people from that ethnicity love to eat from there, as much as those of us who aren't. This place is a gem. If I could give the food more than 5 stars I would. Family run, authentic Chinese people and food, the best freshly made Chinese food. All halal too.
Absolutely lovely food! So fresh, authentic and tasty. I would definitely recommend. The ramen bowels are hearty and the noodles! They're so fresh it really does make all the difference. I would happily come again
This Ramen place has a fully halal menu which is brilliant. Ordered the Beef Brisket Ramen Soup. Generous portion and a decent price of £9.50. They only accept cash. The noodles were delicious and tasted very fresh. An internal food hug on a cold evening. Topped off the evening after watching the Lunar New Year celebrations in Town Hall Square.
The best Chinese restaurant in Leicester, no competition. I have tried every Chinese restaurant in Leicester and have been to many high end Chinese restaurants in London/Birmingham but honestly this is up there. The ingredients tase so fresh! I decided to order the basics as usually that gives a good initial indication (although the ramen looked amazing) and the chicken in the sweet and sour chicken was crispy with a tasty sweet and sour sauce, the pineapple and veg taste delicious! The egg fried rice is also the best egg fried rice I've ever eaten. I'm usually quite a harsh critic but out of the 3 times I've been here so far I've never been let down, it has been consistently perfect. Seems to be a nice family run business too so I wish them all the success and I hope to see it busier. One thing to note is that it's cash only but there is a free cash machine just a few doors down at the currency exchange.
It was a rainy night. I was only 45 mins to my bus to fosse park and I decided to try this tempting noodle restaurant at Leicester. I was thinking of taking it away but hamdulillah my bus was delayed. So yeah I had it dine in. The lady said I should order beef brisket ramen and my friend ordered fried ramen. The noodles came with big bowls. I was surprised ! No wonder it is £9.50 each. And the lady showed us how to put the coriander and chili. Also if you want the sauce you can add it to the meal. She was very kind and helpful. The. We had noodles. It was such a delicious meal after a long and tragic day in Leicester plus the rain made it even more. A ramen soup for a rainy day, what else can I expect? I love the soup it was so tasty. Although the noodles themselves were not that tasty. I tried my friend's ramen, I love the noodles more! But it doesn't have any soup cuz it was a fried one. But it was so tasty! It reminded me of the noodles I had in Indonesia and Malaysia. That night I was soo full even my tummy was bloated due to eating these two noodles From empty tummy to bloated one cuz the portion was so big! I recommend you to share with your friend if you're not a big eater. After all I am glad I decided to go to this restaurant. It is halal and delicious. Perfect combo! I would love to come again!
